Our Services

We provide home watch and concierge services, which may include interior and exterior inspections, leak, HVAC and humidity checks, storm preparation and security, and vendor and turnover coordination. The plans and prices shown on this website are for general information. The specific services, visit frequency, and fees for your property are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and us.

What Home Watch Is and Is Not

Home watch visits are visual, non-invasive checks of your property. They are not a licensed home inspection, a guarantee against loss or damage, or a substitute for insurance, alarm monitoring, or maintenance by qualified professionals. We will report issues we observe, and any repair or vendor work is performed by the vendors you approve.

Requests and Contact

Submitting a request through this website does not create a service agreement. A service relationship begins only when both parties sign or otherwise accept a written agreement.
